This chair is a unique blend of nature and craftsmanship. Made from Elm offcuts initially deemed 'too defective' due to Dutch Elm Disease, this chair showcases the natural cavities and undulations caused by the rot. These organic forms contrast with the straight, radiused edges of processed manufacturing, highlighting a collaboration between humans and nature.

This one-of-a-kind piece is part of a collection which is being designed to celebrate the raw beauty of Elm, and raise awareness about the 25 million+ Elm trees lost to Dutch Elm Disease since the 1960s.
